People ask what we do and we sometimes answer:
“We work with geniuses!” There is always an extended period of silence after this answer. Then we go on and explain something like this.
“We work with owners of privately held businesses who are extremely dedicated to what they do, they are incredible students of their respective businesses, always challenging, fighting, tirelessly refining and THINKING. Privately held business owners are Geniuses!”
We work to surround ourselves and You with others like You.
You are Unique, that is why You are so important to the sum > Us.
Walt likes to put it this way. “…Consultants are a dime a dozen, unemployed jelly fish flowing with the tide, adding nothing… Now, on the other hand, owners of privately held businesses, they are UNIQUE! They add value to the system.
Imagine I 40 near the airport at rush hour… now eliminate all the cars driven by governmental employees, eliminate cars driven by private company employees, eliminate the CPAs, Lawyers, Consultants, Realtors and lastly eliminate the tradesmen in their vans and pick up
trucks. What are you left with…? (pause) An empty road! All that would be left would be owners of privately held businesses, and they are probably still at work!”

While we only “mix” clients as part of TAB Peer Boards, your Smart-State coach and implementer is running his or her Practice working daily with other clients; coaching, teaching, learning, practicing.
Without Other Clients, we are all in a vacuum, and US does not exist.
